Mia-$300 Available for Adoption
Color:tan with black
Momma Mia is an estimated 3 year old Belgian Malinois/White Swiss Shepherd cross. Mia has been a "project dog" in that she is fearful of storms, strangers and getting into cars. Our foster has been patiently working with her to help calm her fears. When she arrived, she had her puppies to focus on and now that they have been adopted, she has nothing to distract her attention. She comes out of her shell more when there is another dog in the house to give her confidence and guidance. Lucky Mutts was devoted in finding the perfect home's for her puppies and would have never considered anything less for Mia. Momma dogs should never be left behind or forgotten. We are taking our time to help her adjust and are confident we will find the right person to continue working with her. She is a beautiful soul and deserves nothing less. This is what "rescuing" is all about.Mia is fostered with dogs and cats and gets along with them. Mia's ideal home is with kids that are 15 and older and another dog to help her keep her confidence up. Her breed demands lots of exercise and a fenced yard to run in is ideal. Mia knows basic commands and although takes a bit to warm up once she does she is velcro to her person! Her breed is known to be loyal, high energy, easy learners and she will make a great companion to the right home. We require a $100 training deposit from families that apply for a Belgian Malinois dogs that we have had in the past and in the future. The $100 is refunded after completion of a training course. Mia's adoption fee of $300+tax includes spay, rabies/distemper/bordetella vaccines, dewormer, microchip and health certificate from veterinarian.
